Non Profit Booth

by Show Management. Not all Non-Profits will qualify for the
non-profit
rate. Non-profit
organizations with a commercial value i.e. selling products
will not be given non-profit booth rate. Show Management may
require additional documentation and their decision is final. Booth
payment in full is required for all non-profits. |

ALL BOOTHS will be provided
an 8' high back drape, 36" high side drapes, a booth identification
sign (with company name and booth number), and a listing in the
show program. Your booth
will come provided with a 6' skirted table(s), two side chairs, and
a waste basket. The aisles will be carpeted, but it is highly recommended
that all exhibitors provide appropriate floor covering within their
booth area.
Electricity, phone lines and other services may be
purchased from the convention center services desk. Service order
forms will be available online. Please review the materials in the
Service Kit as soon as possible and respond prior to the deadlines
for savings.
All corners (areas where the side rails can be removed
for increased sales exposure) are $100 extra. Bulk Space is offered
in all shows for exhibitors requiring larger areas. See the Exhibitor
